Under the circumstance that a piece arrives damaged or flawed (i.e. the shipping carrier bends/creases something that says "DO NOT BEND"), please leave item in original packaging (if in cellophane, etc) and email me directly at elisestoudtart@gmail.com and I will give you guidance on how to proceed.
